1. About Domani
Domani (“Domani,” “we,” “us”) is a life insurance organization based in Jacksonville, Florida. We help consumers find life insurance coverage — including term life, whole life, indexed universal life (IUL), mortgage protection and final expense — through licensed agents, and we recruit and support independent insurance producers. By using bedomani.com you agree to these terms.
2. Text messages — Domani Insurance Alerts
Program name: Domani Insurance Alerts.
How you join. You receive text messages from us only if you agree to them — for example, by checking the text-message box on our quote form at bedomani.com/quote. That box is never pre-checked and you do not have to check it to request a quote. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
What we send. Marketing, insurance quote, appointment and policy-related text messages from Domani to the mobile number you provided — for example, follow-ups on your quote, appointment confirmations and reminders, and updates about your application or policy. Messages may be sent using an autodialer.

- Msg & data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan for details.
- To stop: reply STOP to any message. You will receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and no further messages after that. You can also reply CANCEL, END, QUIT or UNSUBSCRIBE.
- For help: reply HELP to any message, call us at (904) 643-4675 or email onboarding@bedomani.com.
- To start receiving messages again after opting out, reply START.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery of text messages depends on your mobile carrier and is not guaranteed.

3. Quotes & coverage
Requesting a quote is free and does not commit you to buy anything. Quotes are estimates based on the information you provide; your final price and eligibility are decided by the insurance carrier after it reviews your application. Coverage is not in force until the carrier approves your application and the policy is issued. Not all products are available in all states.
4. Using this website
You agree to give accurate information in our forms and to use this website only for lawful purposes. The content of this website, including the Domani name and logo, belongs to Domani and may not be copied or reused without our permission. The information on this website is general and is not legal, tax or financial advice.
5. Limitation of liability
This website is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, Domani is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or our text message program. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
6. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the effective date at the top of this page.
